this place is a joke. Don’t bother ordering from here. Placed a pick up order online with their Bed Stuy location. with... plenty of heads up, the order was confirmed and charged to my credit card. When I arrived, the location was clearly closed,there was nobody inside, the gate was still down. I called the number of the location repeatedly, no answer. I reached out overInstagram, as well as email, not even the courtesy of a response. Had to get my credit card company involved since I’mabsolutely not paying $$$ for an order of food that I never received. This business is a clown show. Read more
Placed an order thru their website, order never came. Had to call the coffee shop across the street to find out that they are... CLOSED. Been calling for 2 days, no one picking up the phone, even tried other locations. Won't be ordering from here again, thefood is nowhere near good enough for stuff like this to happen. HOW do you not turn off online ordering on days that therestaurant isn't open?? Seems like this happens frequently... there are a million places to order from, just pick somewhereelse. Read more
I usually live this place, but today was a huge exception. We ordered the barbacoa burrito and a carnitas quesadilla. When my... girlfriend went to pick yo the order from the store, they informed her that they didn’t have the barbacoa after she hadalready showed up. On top of that, the carnitas burrito had a huge fatty chunk of pork in it and slices of lemon or orange peel.See photos. Unfortunately I won’t be going back nor will I be recommending. I don't know what happened here, but this place has deteriorated in the last 5 years. We tried to have lunch, and it seems they... completely moved to take out only. Everything was on or in takeout containers and my shrimp taco had frozen shrimps. Seriously,the worst tacos I ever had. Read more

My Barbacoa Quesadillas were super soggy and just tasted like they were made hours ago. Also, I ordered chips and guacamole and... never received the order. Not at all a great experience. Read more
Decent, hot, tasty. A little steep for what you get ($4 a taco?), but the vibe was good. Service was great, and the food came... fast. I had barbecue, pollo, and al pastor, but they all came with the same dressings so they were hard to distinguish. Read more
