Espresso lover stopping by as first time here - Great oat milk cappuccino in addition to a great black current scone -... yum!\n\nI\'m usually patronizing the more popular espresso cafes in North Slope but I was in the area today and gave it atry.\n\nNice ambiance with the plant decor but small with only 3 tables inside.\n\nA few more tables outside.\nOverall, a greataddition to South Slope. I had a thoroughly average experience here on a Saturday morning. The one employee working appeared extremely frazzled, doing... the work of at least two people. The texture of the almond croissant I ordered was not right at all- very chewy on the ends tothe extent that it sort of hurt my mouth to chew (odd, considering the rest of the reviews lauding this place?s pastries).\n\nIcarried my small dog inside, which is sort of the unspoken rule of the Park Slope area. The barista told me dogs weren?t allowedinside, okay, fine, yes- but upon further observance, there weren?t any signs stating such.\n\nThe outdoor seating is very nice,but the overall experience was really lacking.
