the employees walk around in carts and you get to pick what you want from it — some dishes are pretty delicious, but sometimes... it’s cold. tea is served for free. the food is slightly overpriced for what it is. i come here with my parents once in awhile. i definitely wouldn’t order takeout from here though. The atmosphere was phenomenal. They repurpose an old bank and kept the beautiful architecture. The dim sum was delicious. The... cart ladies were fast and attentive. Always around when we were low on food and personally brought out fresh items to our tablewhen they were out of it on the cart. Although, there were 3 points of dissatisfaction. 1 being that the how elegant the placelooked, the silverware and plate settings did not match. They were plastic and paper plates, one and done kind. 2 their beefshort ribs was overly peppered and the meat was very dry even though it was smother in oily sauce. And lastly 3, the bathroomwas not well maintained. Though better than most dim sum places bathroom. With that, it was loud and lively when we first arrivefrom all the other tables, but soon once everyone left, it got eerily quiet and not as welcoming. With all that said, overall itwas a great experience. Most all of the food was delicious and decent sizes for the price. The decor was elegantly beautiful.And the service was prompt and attentive. The number of people is not very large, and one after another, I found that the price was a lot more expensive and the service... was not available. I was forced to tip. I found that a table of guests left without a tip and went out to ask for it. There wasalmost 2 hours there and no waiter came. Help to change the dishes, the taste is also average, the toilet hygiene needs to beimproved! Read more
When you enter this 2nd floor restaurant, it seems you have entered a wedding banquet. The dining room is quite beautiful. ... Service is amazing. Very friendly and efficient. Even though one server takes your order, it is a team effort. We had multipleservers stop by to refill our water, get our food and check on us multiple times. Bathroom could be cleaner. The had soap wastied to the faucet which I thought was strange. Food was quite good. The check in the end was accompanied by orange slices andfortune cookies. A nice touch. Read more
If you go when they first open it's quiet and slow and the carts are parked one table away from wherever you sit. Generally the... food is good, but the quality could be better. HOWEVER, their plain rice roll, which is pictured, was fantastic because it'smade fresh. Read more
