I love the pizza!! I live close by and I?m grateful we have this pizza shop by us. Nothing to really complain about, sure the... employees may make minor mistakes but we?re all human, just like you! Just be patient and your pizza will be yummy and warm??! Read more
This is a second time my pizza showed up delivered and never actually reached my house. Waited 20 min outside. Location was... still open i had to go to there and talk to a manager,who was very nice. He called delivery guy who was very rude and blamed asystem for him not delivering my order. Never apologized. Now i don?t want to eat this pizza because i suspect he would do sosomething to it. This is not right. After reading reviews , i realized this is not a mistake, but a frequent occurrence.Management should really look into it . Calling is useless. Read more
Every time we order from this location, they mark it as delivered when it has not been. It?s happened that my husband has called... and was told ?Oh sorry we forgot.? Or they arrive 10 minutes late. Also why pay the delivery fee if the delivery person does notcome to your home? Instead they call and make you walk out to their car to get the food. Very unprofessional. Read more
I had ordered a pizza on 09/12/21 at 12:36 pm and had to wait until 2:43 pm. I had called three times. The customer... representative told me that my payment will be canceled. The pizza was still at the store. When I received the pizza it was warmand the driver expecting a tip. I called back to speak with the Manager and the representative transferred me. The phone wasringing and ringing so I will call back 09/13/21. If I do not speak with the Manager, I will dispute the charged. This is badcustomer service!! Read more
This pizza was gross! I have had this pizza before this was not how they normally make it. The toppings (including cheese... couldn't even stay on there was so much sauce. I literally am eating BBQ sauce with a spoon. Read more
This location is committed to providing the worst possible customer service experience. Since I live 2 blocks away, I have done... pickup on at least 3 occasions, today being my last. The first time I went there part of my order was done while they "forgot"the other part so I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Needless to say I had to reheat everything when I got back home. Thesecond time the young lady was in the back if the restaurant buying cds and was too busy even get my order. This last time Ipaid for more order and was informed by the guy behind the counter that he "owed" me 78 cents because they had no change. Thengave me an attitude when I asked how can you take my money and not have any change. Read more
I have three orders messed up in a week. When I call to inquire, someone gives a lot of attitude like I'm at fault even though... I see the details of my order on the sticker that THEY PUT ON. It's very surprising how rude they can be when they don't getthe order right. I suppose I'll have to go to another chain. Read more
