I placed my order at 12:01am and it's now 02:20am and the delivery guy is still not here yet. When I called at 01:34am they... claimed they only have 1 driver & to give it 10-15 min & hung up the phone on me.. still no order delivered at 0220am. I wouldnot Recommend ordering from here! Read more
Very unsanitary they don't wear gloves the same person that takes the money is touching the boxes and touching your pizza poor... customer service bad attitude. My pizza was late and burnt, did not follow the simple instruction of extra sauce, and the garlic sauce was open and leaking. I... do not use the garlic sauce and it was all over half of my pizza. They dont put any care into making your pizza no matter howmuch you tip the delivery person. They look very long with my order despite me living only 3 blocks away. My order was a waste of money! The epic pepperoni pizza is not like the ad/commercial the cheese on top and in the crust was... cold!!!! The cheesy bread was soggy, overall it was nasty.. It?s easier to order via phone and walk-in to pickup. Delivery drivers are questionable, in terms of how busy they are, so the... estimate time won?t match the delivery time. The product is fresh as usual, customer service is half way decent. Use yourdebit, just avoid finding change. I ordered my pizza at 10:23pm. Whole checking the app my food said delivered. So I called the store to check and see where my... food was. The pizza never left the store. I was told numerous times that a new driver was leaving with my food. At 1:30am Icalled back to get my refund for my food that NEVER came.
