We needed a late night eatery and this was the closest thing. It's Papa Johns, so it's not unknown to us. My husband isn't a... New Yorker, so it was unknown to him that the promoted deal for a slice and a soda was just for the cheese pizza. The pizza was undercooked. Luckily I noticed it halfway through one slice and stopped eating. Even so, still got a little sick... from it. Had to throw whole pie away. Not okay. If you like Garlic Sauce, don?t order from here. I?ve order delivery from this location about 4 times this year, with extra... garlic cups in the order. They?ve delivered my order with garlic cups about 0/4 times. I feel like most people only get PapaJohn?s because of the garlic sauce, so if they don?t ever actually give you the garlic sauce you pay extra for, why even orderfrom them? FYI Dominos now offers garlic sauce and they will actually give it to you if you buy it. Read more
Placed a few carry out orders in the last few months...very slow. Website says that it should take 15-20 minutes...usually takes... closer to 30-40 minutes. Last time I went, I waited 10 minutes in-store for them to tell me that they had accidentally sent outmy order with a delivery guy. They remade it for me in 15 minutes. Twenty minutes after placing the order, I went to pick up and they said they didn't start making my order. They were rude and... unprofessional. Their excuse was there's nothing they can do. We just have to wait for our turn. Not even an apology was issued.I'm not paying for bad customer service and late service. Never again will I order from this location , There was a flying roach in the waiting area. When I pointed it out to the workers... they seemed like they didn?t even care until I said I didn?t want my order anymore.
