The pastries are very nice but not so much the beverages I?ve order a raspberry iced tea and it had a horrible meat taste then I... ordered a Frappuccino and it was filled with ice no flavor or anything 7 dollars for nothing! They absolutely RUINED my mother's day!!! I made sure to plan ahead, pre-ordered and everything, added different things to each... sandwich that was a fortune but wanted to make it special for my mother. I pre-ordered a day ahead, then called in the morningwhere they Lied and said my order was on its way. When it was almost an HOUR late and my mom was sitting at the table waitingthey Yelled at me and said they're still Making it and that they're BUSY!! what's the point of the preorder then and afteryou're an hour late I don't think you should yell at the customer who's fault it is not!!! My Grubhub driver waited there for anhour!!!! His day was ruined as well!! When my order finally arrived upside down the things I paid for were ignored and notprovided over $20 worth and the dessert I paid for wasn't there As well. Apologies but I ate my chocolate croissant before adding this review!!! My sister raves about this place often and as French... nationals in NYC we are always on the hunt for a ?real? croissant. Ordered a few pastries and sandwiches and everything was so fresh and delicious!! Favorite pastry was the pistachio croissant... and favorite sandwich was tomato, fresh mozzarella and pesto on a baguette! But everything was delicious! They threw in a extrashiitake mushroom sandwich on the house which was so unexpected and nice of them! We appreciated that, thank you! Highlyrecommend eating here! Read more
Went here for the first time recently to grab some strawberry croissant. Asked the cashier kindly if she can toast it. Croissant... was hard and cold. Happened to be early in the morning. You would think their pastries would be fresh. She responded no becauseit has cheese inside and its kosher. She was loud and very rude, bad attitude. Seeing how she was I didnt feel comfortableeating there. No matter how cute and clean this bakery was I refuse to deal with rudeness and nasty attitude. Won't bereturning. Thanks for the experience.
