I love this Pizza Hut location since it's within walking distance of my house. I prefer Pizza Hut over other pizza chains but... could never place a delivery because the other locations weren't close enough to deliver to my home. My sister and I were hungry and decided to give this Pizza Hut a chance. We brought 2 personal pans and were surprised at how... good it was. It took a little while to make/ bake, but just as long as it was cooked well we didn't mind the wait. Compared toother pizza huts I've been to the ingredients here seemed fresh and delicious. After seeing the previous reviews it seems likethis location had a hard time starting out (2-3 months ago) when it opened but it also seems like they read their reviews andmade improvements. Ordered a personal pepperoni pizza online for pick up and even included curbside pickup option. I pulled up to the narrow street... and the lady working inside saw me immediately and popped her head out to make sure it was me. Then went in grabbed the pizzaand handed it to me with a smile on her face. Pizza was hot and fresh, service was on point and she was very nice. I ordered the spicy marinara double pepperoni pizza with cheese in the crust. As yo can see this pizza was made horribly and... there was nothing spicy about it and the pepperoni was not double. Ordered 4 items. Only 3 of 4 were delivered. Called door dash driver back and he screamed it was the stores error and hung up on... me. Tried calling the store for an hour with no answer. Finally drove to the location and spoke with the manager named Clivens.No one could explain why the phone wasn?t being answered. Female employee implies I?m lying and says the wing order went outwith the driver before she discovered them in a delivery bag. Manager asks if I still want the wings. After I demand a refund ofboth the wings and the delivery fee he complies and comps the wings. He offers a feeble apology but does ensure the food isstill hot and bags it nicely. If the manager knew anything about customer service he would have comped the entire order since Ihad to drive there in the pouring rain. Horrible service. I will not order from here again. Read more
