Very Bad Customer Service by ??Riya?? I?m not sure that she has any problem with the owner and taking revenge???? by loosing... customers or no. She works very slow like passing Her hour. Its okay to work slowly But she even don?t know how to talk tocustomers. She always bad behave with customers. I believe She should warn or fire . If popayes wants customers and goodservice. The staff is speedy and friendly. The food is good. It tastes freshly made and is consistent.
I caught food poisoning from this place on 9/12/22. I ordered 5 piece meal with red beans and rice and fries and two biscuits.... It was the only thing I ate that day. I'm not sure what did it specifically or if it was a combination but I had to miss twodays of work so far and had been completely bed ridden for a day with lots of pain, vomiting, and diarrhea. I'm actuallyprobably going to lose my job now because I decided to eat here. Edit: And after three days of food poisoning from this place Idid in fact lose my job. Read more
First time I order the chicken sandwich and it was a bit to dry I don't know if it was because it was sitting to long under the... light or what it was but it definitely was delicious as how I have tried from other Popeyes places. Friendly staff that's forsure usually not busy. Read more
Hit or miss, I have ordered multiple times where they forget to include dips. It would be understandable if it were just the... free condiments, but their dips are actually aren't free and you have to pay for them - which makes it unacceptable when theyforget it. Make sure to check your bag before you leave or message your delivery driver to check before they leave. Read more
Friendly service but extremely unkempt dining room (which doesn't make sense given the current climate now that people are not... dining-in). The chicken was on the overcooked side. Also, I was served an expired dessert which I did not notice until tastingit. There are cleaner locations within a 10 minute drive from here so try those instead (Metropolitan Ave and another atBroadway/Myrtle). Read more
