Terrible Popeyes. I lived near here for years and I never seen this Popeyes have any customers. Today my friend really wanted it... so we went there and got spicy chicken sandwich. It was terrible. The fried chicken have hard edges. Their fried chickens aremost likely overnight or been there for days. And the sandwich smells burnt. The bun was almost the color of black. I don?t recommend order this Popeyes with Fangtuan app. Because It hard to cancel the order .I was first time use Fangtuan app.... I made a wrong address to pick up. I was trying to cancel it in the app, but I have to wait for 20min to talk with an agent. Hetold me I need call with Popeyes. when I call to the restaurant ask for cancel. A guy said to me the order is ready. I explainedto him I can?t go there to pick up and he repeat it again it?s ready. I already bought Popeyes near my house. First time eating at this location..I love popeyes..however I was billed for getting something I was not given..the whole meal... was just off...so my advice is to check your food before you leave to ensure that you got what you were billed for. That was mymistake. However the service was fast and establishment was clean, just annoying not getting what you asked for. Read more

Terrible location. I was thrilled to see a Popeyes open close to my job so one day I went in to order. The staff was rude and... felt very rushed. I asked them for a 3 piece meal, they charged me for the 3-piece meal plus a 4-piece meal I never asked for.Chicken was undercooked as well. None of the sodas at the fountain were available except for Hawaiian Punch, which dispensednothing but syrup. Definitely needs better management and workers. Read more

I ordered a classic chicken sandwich only to get the spicy which I can?t eat. My bill comes out to $9.46 and he only gives me... back $.50 on the $10. I understand it?s only four cents but four cents per customer adds up to a decent amount. And when Ibrought the sandwich back they refused to exchange it. Definitely will not be back. Read more

The worker names Andy/Eddy who wear black frame glasses, his attitude is very rude. Last night, when I order the fried Chicken,... I spoke 3 times of the order (4 pcs Signature chicken Combo), and he still keeps saying "what, what, what". At that moment, therestaurant only me as a customer, no one else, and the place was not crowded and noisy. I don't know why I need to speak myorder many times. it was weird. After he got my order (It's my fourth time) and he prepares the chicken into the box, the mashedpotato (out of the box) and packs it all in the plastic bag; after that, he slams the box very hard on the table; the mashedpotato(side order) was like jump off of the plastic bag. I looked at him and say, "please take it easy". But he just screams atme "this is your order". he didn't feel anything wrong and even didn't say sorry about his rude service.
