I came with high expectations. But ehhh I get my lobster bisque and it didnt have real flavor also I didn’t feel the lobster... just the condiments. The linguini lobster I pick up didn’t have enough sauce and also flavor. Mmm the mojitos we orderdidn’t feel the alcohol in…. Mmm the best part for me was the bread they give u at the begin, it was so perfect. I wish theycould check in the kitchen about the flavor food. Also I ordered a lemonade and it wasn’t organic. With this location, timing is key to getting a table and avoid a long wait. I love the lunch hour or brunch dates. However,... you can beat the wait in the evening by sitting at the bar. The staff takes good care of you. Read more

Idk what's going on at red lobsters. Seems like food quality has gone down. I ordered medium well steak n got raw steak. I... ordered rice as a side. I got the hard rice from the bottom of the pot. Not to mention my Scallops were rubbery. Found out theyoffer endless shrimp on Monday's. They dont promote or mention it to you when they seat you.. We visited 3/31/22. We were a party of 10. It took a few minutes to set up the table. We had and AMAZING SERVER Michael M... (MIKE). He as SUPER PATIENT & definitely dealt with a lot of demands from my family. Everyone asking him a million questions buthe was SO PROFESSIONAL & with a no problem attitude. We had family come from Puerto Rico & a lot of my family Lives in Brooklynbut Im from LONG island not a fan of BROOKLYN & I must say I was AMAZED at the service and the food quality. Food was served HOT& perfectly paced. I appreciate the GREAT SERVICE & Kitchen staff. My family was Happy and NO COMPLAINTS. Thanks Mike Keep doingyour thing you are definitely MANAGEMENT MATERIAL. Visited this location on Sunday. It was pretty busy and the wait time for seating was 50 minutes, but they were DEFINITELY... understaffed. Our server (who I would mention by name if I kept the receipt) was very attentive and kind which is especiallyworth noting in this case as she mentioned that she had to work from open to close. As for the food, everything was good (aboutwhat you'd expect from a casual chain restaurant) and the pina colada was amazing. I do want to draw attention to the wagyuburger which I believe is a relatively new addition to Red Lobster's menu (added in 2021 if I'm not mistaken). I tried it forthe first time on this visit and it was definitely a good burger, but I can't help but think it was no better than any otherburger could be. Mine could have done with a bit more salt (which I added myself). The white cheddar doesn't exactly add a wholelot of flavor to the burger, but was a welcome addition to the mix nonetheless. Overall, I expected more from a Wagyu burger,but I can only assume that given the price, they're using American wagyu, which is not as flavorful as Japanese wagyu. Not goingto delve further into the complexities of flavor though at a Red Lobster establishment of all places, but all I can say is thatthe burger was good, not great. With that being said, overall, the food and service was good. I don't think you can ask formuch more than that. A thirty minute wait, but the great service and strong drinks made it worth it. I had the admiral's platter with a Patrón... margherita, and my partner had the lobster linguine with Blue Moon beer on tap. Our starter was the seafood stuffed mushrooms. The food came hot and was served fast from the kitchen. Our waiter checked in with us often and was super attentive. When Iordered my margherita I requested a salt rim with lime. The bartender had forgotten the salt but the waiter was quick to offerto bring it back in a different glass with a salted rim. Food portions were substantial and the customer service wasphenomenal.
