My trip from north jersey to here was definitely worth it . Best pies ever tasted .. pastrami pie and sojouk pie and the sugar... pie . Service was great .. adnan the server was so nice to us and professional. A careless family with almost 8 kids came in andthe kids were running everywhere but adnan was very professional handling the situation . Great Basterma fateer. Kebab entree was delicious. Nice big cup of tea and good Basbousa: ask them to heat it up first. We got... the chicken crepe too but I don?t like that soft pancake type bread so it?s not for me even though everyone loves it. Read more
This is a great Arabic (Egyptian-style) restaurant. There are large selections of sweet and savory feteer (fetir)- aka pies. I... would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has never had feteer befor or anyone who has had feteer and has a cravingfor them. The feteer meshaltet, however, is just feteer and not like the feteer meshaltet we are used to. The prices are quitehigh as well. But, the food is pretty good, thus the 4 stars. The mixed grill is alre really good, and it comes on a littlegrill which makes the experience pleasant. I tried the mic meat feteer, custard nutella feteer, and the Konafa,Basbousa&CreamFeteer. All were decent, nothing to complain about. The Mombar was just ok. It wasn't crispy, but the rice inside was reallywell seasoned. Finally, the service here was A++.
