This place is great for vegans and non-vegans alike. I do suggest you go when it?s not as busy for a quick bite to go. I ordered... a Baddie BLT, and knowing a lot of the ingredients are fresh and prepared in-house really elevated the experience. The personpreparing the food is super dope and friendly and I can see myself returning to try something else. The only thing I?ll say isthat I found the cheese to be a tad salty for my liking, but it could just be me, I still thought it was great. 4.5/5 but I?llgive them 5 stars!!! Read more
Excellent prices, excellent food, excellent people! I love Seitan?s Helper and you should have FOMO if you haven?t been yet.... Truly cannot beat their price points for delicious vegan sandwiches that don?t leave you hungry. Their classics are so good andthey offer a lot of sandwich specials which means you can always try something new. I had the Slenderman today: house seitansalami + pepperoni, red onion, pickled green tomato, cashew mozzarella, banana peppers, baby kale, and balsamic vinaigrette ontoasted sliced rye. After reading all of the Google reviews about Seitan?s Helper, I knew that I wanted to try this place. I had their Triple Threat... Sandwich which was really good. It had salami, pepperoni, violife cheddar, roasted red peppers, banana peppers, greens, andvinaigrette on a Foccacia. I called ahead and they told me that it would be ready in 10 minutes. When I got there, it wasn?t toolong. They are really Nice and I highly recommend this place! Read more

Liked the food here so much that I came here two weekends in a row. Great vegan deli sandwiches. Pastries are also excellent.... Really loved the Old Bay potato salad. Perfect place to grab some food to bring to a picnic. Read more
Absolutely delicious vegan pastries and sandwiches! The vegan croissant was delicious and so fluffy. I really want their recipe... for getting that perfect rise. I also got a Hammy sandwich, which is a tofu scramble with seitan and it was delightful anddelicious. It felt like such a luxury to eat. On the day we went, they sold out by 2:30pm on a Thursday. So if you?re making atrip here then be sure to plan for it accordingly and have a backup if needed! It might?ve been because they just came back froma break and so demand surged but we we?re definitely surprised to be getting the last croissant so early in the afternoon. Read more
