Spoons an excellent Dairy restaurant. My father took me here a few times & the 1st time the food was waaaaay 2 hot so from then... on my father ordered ahead of time so the food wouldn't b boiling. They also have a separate room 4 events like Sheva Brachos orother events. Back in the days Danny Bleaich was the manager & Danny is a veeeeeeery special & friendly person. Out waiter wasElazar who was also veeeeeeery professional. If u love Dairy food & want excellent service I'd highly recommend try out spoons.I'd definitely wanna come here again in the future. subpar cold food with no originality with the menu, it's always the same items that cost too much for their worth. I'm pretty... sure they use frozen food and just pop them in the microwave because there is no excuse for how bland and lifeless the foodtastes. It's an ok place when you're really hungry and there's only one kosher cafe near you but don't voluntarily come here. Read more

my kids and grandkids treated me to a birthday lunch. the disappointment after receiving it was beyond words. the food arrived... unappetizing and not the right temperature. 1. the personal pizza was cold and soggy and slid to the side of the box 2. orangejuice was hot 3. cheesecake looked like someone sat on it or puked into the container. it was also warm while I did not expectit to come wrapped in extravagant packaging, the way it arrived was definitely not acceptable. while I understand it was a hotday but its not like the delivery was that far! only 11 short blocks ! I told my kids its was amazing but when they saw thepics they told me I wasnt being honest about it. And they are right. i didnt want to upset them. I emailed spoons and pessyreplied. i sent her pics and described in short what the issues were. she asked for my phone number and I provided it a fewweeks passed and I still didnt hear from anyone so I sent a follow up email. still no response and no call. as of today it isalmost 2 months since I emailed them and noone even cared to reach out to me. extremely disappointed! I waited to post a reviewto give them a chance rectify the situation but as of today NADA! will definitely not recommend anyone to go there! Read more
Love going there. the food is the delicious.the place is very clean and luxury.
I've made an order over the phone this morning, beside the point that the lady on the phone took the order wrong (claiming I... didn't say sandwich) After spending a nice 25 min on the phone were the guy was "trying" to be nice (but barely let me get aword out if not me forcing him to listen) they only charged the difference (which any store should do (which was difficult withthem to understand) finally last, which is crazy that I have to show below... they asked what I want, i said plain just egg. Igot lettuces tomato etc. Thanks for making me stop ordering. Read more
This restaurant has awesome food. Two great locations. Very expansive menu with very good prices. You can eat a large, filling ,... Fish lunch for a mere 40$. The waitresses are always very helpful and polite. If you have any requests or specifications, justask and you will get it. Go ahead and enjoy! Read more
