The worst experience I had. I called 12/22 when yet did not have any information on my order, I was told it is not processed... yet. I asked to cancel the order, since it had no sense anymore. On the spot , the clerk changed his story and told me myorder already left the office and can't be cancelled. On my request to give me a tracking number or any information, I gotnothing. The order was sent later by UPS ground shipping, it arrived January 5th. Not all items, that I ordered were sent. Icalled them and was told I can return unwanted items. The invoice and website said differently- no returns accepted. I can'ttrust them with return. Neither of the clerks offered apology for the inconvenience . The prices were 60% off by that time onChristmas tree ornaments, they do not do price adjustments. If you want to give people excuses instead of presents- this iswhere you order. Read more

Poor after-sale service this year. I ordered on November 16, 2020 and have not received the Christmas gifts yet. The company... is not responding to e-mails or phone calls requesting a tracking number, so I have no idea if the order has been shipped and Iam the victim of porch pirates or not. I am very disappointed and will seriously consider finding another supplier in thefuture. Read more

It's so amazing that there is Russian book store right in the middle of Manhattan! I am so far from home country but in Saint... Petersburg I can find all kind of books - from classic to psychology, there are Russian souvenirs and learning books for kids aswell. Staff is very sweet and helpful. Read more
