I came to the door on Nov 5th at 1:40pm along with other customers the door was locked the employees were all in there sitting... on the counters they wouldn't open the door they were pointing and laughing at us and shaking their heads one girl who wasoutside said yeah ,they're not open the employees were fighting each other and running around the building and then they lockedthe store down themselves.. upset because I only get a 1/2 hour for lunch and that was going to have my lunch I missed lunch Idonot think that this was a good move on Starbucks behalf when I called customer service right away I was told we'll let thedistrict manager know sorry about that I had to push to get a her to take info and give me a call ticket ID . I chatted withStarbucks on Facebook ...let's see what happens Read more

The most unprofessional Starbucks I?ve been to in my life. The workers always have an attitude. Not friendly nor kind. Each... time I come here I can guarantee I?ll be here for 30 mins. I come here because of location. The workers are terrible especiallythe one that?s always at the cashier. I?m over this Starbucks Read more

This location was very convenient for me until the morning crew stopped putting the shots in my Red Eye. The first time it... happened, I dismissed it as an error. Then it happened several more times sporadically, always on mobile orders and always inthe morning around 7am. This location can become so busy sometimes that they shutdown mobile ordering. As they are understaffedI get this but my missing Expresso didn't happen during any of these times. As a matter of fact, the expresso-less days werenot excessively busy. I now just go to another location. Read more

They are incapable of making a decent matcha and I should?ve known because every time I try to order in person they say they?re... out but it?s always available on mobile order. On top of that they didn?t include all my add ins like sweet cold foam which isabout a $3 surcharge. Read more

They water down there refreshers. They add tons of water so they don't run out of the juice. Place is filthy all the time.... Workers are rude. They are slow as snails. They rather give out free water and ice to the people for free then putting payingpeople first who are standing there. Read more

I come here after my early morning workout sessions. The staff here is so pleasant and nice! The music that plays is also... great. Not too long of a wait considering they are freshly opened and are also taking care of mobile orders. Before I used toget a peach white tea lemonade (absolutely yummy but I could always feel the diabetes coming on lol) but now I primarily get thesandwiches for a post workout boost. I believe one time I bought 2 sandwiches and a large coffee which came a little over $16 -do this a few times in a week and it could easily reach over $50. Despite Starbucks being on the $$ side, I still prefer themover Dunkin' . Read more

It is a spacious setting with good lighting and sufficient seating for around 20 patrons. The area is clean and the service is... pretty quick. They have all the latest offerings and the coffee is hot and fresh. Read more

Finally Starbucks is open in my neighborhood! I come here every day to enjoy coffee beverages and workflow I have to do. It?s... been open already for 2 weeks! Good: huge place with enough sitting places and room for employees. They have some great buddyMatt in their team, very professional, polite and fast in customer service. Bad: Since opening day they could not fix someproblem with WiFi. It?s been already 2 weeks and there is still NO WiFi. We all live in 21st century and I don?t even want tomention how this is crucial for people like me. On the second day this store was open I met District Manager who promised thatWiFi issue would be fixed the next day. They never did. The other thing why I gave only 2 stars is that whole team is notefficient enough (in comparison with other Starbucks locations). For example, they usually have around 6 employees working onthe floor for the shift and usually only ONE person crafts beverages which reflects on the waiting time for customers: it?saround 12 min in average per one customer. If you ordered more than one item, it will take more! It?s disappointing. Read more
