The first time I consume here, the service is poor and the attitude is very inferior? I order venti cup An old woman with dark... skin And he was very mean and he gave me half a glass. Waited 25 minutes for a coffee without any special requests, when I came to the register turned out they haven?t even started it... yet, all the while baristas where chatting and goofing around. The one I spoke to wasn?t the most pleasant and acted like I wasthe one wasting his time. I?d advise you to train your staff better. Read more
Starbucks should be ashamed to have not enough supplies. Look at the cap in the picture for frappuccino ???????????? it's not... first time btw, in this location always something is not enough (caps, refreshers etc.) it's better to avoid this location. Read more
This Starbucks is in nice location. Always busy. Nice and friendly baristas. Made my orders perfectly. I put 3 stars because... their card reader machine was not working and that was making a lot of issues. Read more
Standard Starbucks branch. Service was good and all staff wear masks. I'd probably order from here again.
This place has CONSISTENLY RUDE & BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been coming here for years and there seems to be new management... with some very new Rude staff over the past year or so, also not taking my order properly and being rude when I ask for acorrection. There are some baristas that have been here over the last several years who provide good service and who arecourteous. I watched in disbelief as a customer was mocked while ordering, all while a line was forking behind them. I wasmortified! Im going someplace else. Read more
Although I?m a huge Starbucks fan, my visit to this particular Starbucks was less than satisfactory. They were out of a lot of... drinks- specifically the Refreshers. Additionally, the wait time for the drinks was quite long. I would not recommend going tothis Starbucks if you are limited with time, and drinking options. Despite all that, the decor was wonderful.
