Everyday I get very upset to know that the chairs are not back. I don't understand we pay a premium price at this location... compared to NYC and Staten Island and we dont have access to the bathroom and the pleasure of sitting down for few minutes witha friend. Also, what is the story with closing the store whenever they want? I would be very happy if this Starbucks closes andit gets replaced with another coffee shop. I reached out to Corporate, was told I would get a call back from a district managerand that never happened. They should not be in business for such poor representation of Starbucks. Read more

I have to give a low score because no one should be spending this much money on coffee and now allowed to use the restroom. Most... people are jumping off of or onto the highway right there and due to traffic people may want to use the restroom. This is notright. Read more

Poor customer service. Calvin here told me that whip cream is not free on my iced caramel coffee and when told by the cashier... that I paid for it did not even apologized. Terrible experience. I will still buy my coffee but not from this location. Read more

There is a very big parking lot next to this place and easily you can reach there in and out for the highway. There are other... shops and restaurants next to it like best buy, target kohls, five guys and .. they are very fast in providing the service. Theonly thing is that during covid you cant sit inside the place and you can not sit outside as there are not places available. I ordered the mango dragonfruit refresher and payed $4.84 for my drink to look water because they didn't have the fruit. They... could off notify me or cancel my order. The white guy in the front was rude and he just walked away, I couldn't even talk tohim. And this is the reason why I rarely buy from Starbucks. Read more

Disaster! Obnoxious Chinese guy that works there failed to alert the fellow barista about my slight distinction in my order.... Plus, he seems like he doesn?t want to be there and has an attitude. Wait times are horrific as well and so is the seating. If Iever walk back in there again it?ll be too soon! Read more

One of the slowest service experience at a starbucks! I went to the store around 945pm on a hot Friday evening, this store is... in a busy area near the highway. There was one employee (male/Asian very polite and friendly doing his best) actually working atthe counter taking orders and making the drinks. Several others are seen and heard all the way in the back (behind the counter)but I don't know why they wouldn't come out and help the sole employee and speed up the lines!. As I took the photo there were 4people waiting in line and another 5 including me waiting for the single employee to make our drinks. At the price Starbuckscharge. this type of slow service is unacceptable. Read more
