i come nearly every day and they always tell me they r closed even though their closing time is usually 8 and sometimes i come... an entire hour earlier. understandable if they close a few mins ahead sometimes but literally 30 mins before is unacceptablebecause atp just change ur closing time. u should be open for as long as it says or maybe a few mins before. 30 mins, 20 mins,10 mins before closing= open. they have turned me down every single time except once and i will not lie that once they made arlly good pink drink. if u come here just know there?s another starbucks about a block away not far and u should try ur chanceswith them (they close earlier sometimes but not quite often) Read more
I was shopping in Target. I wanted a drink or even a cup of ice water it was a very hot day. Came by about 4:15 the lady behind... the counter said they were closed. Sat down a bit and saw about 4 or 5 more customers in the span of 5 minutes that were allturned away even tho it said close at 8pm online. Worst service ever not only once but on multiple occasions.. closing time is 9pm .. but after 8pm don?t expect to get anything... other than reg coffee? and they?re slow as hell? lattes aren?t even up to standard either. Read more
Whenever I come to this Starbucks anymore there is always one person working. So it becomes an overall frustrating experience... for not only the employees, but for the customers as well. Also the people have never been very nice here. As a person who worksin customer server I know how draining and hard it can be, but some days the people are especially rude. Today I ordered a greentea and the girl working behind the counter had me repeat it three times, rolled her eyes, and then proceeded to still get itwrong! She was so nasty that I didn't feel like I could send it back so I just took it, even though it wasn't what I wanted. Ijust hate going here anymore. Where are the managers?
