The place gets very busy because is right next to the college, drinks take a long time, if you are ordering ahead, order at... least 20 min in advance, I'm not kidding! Read more

Literally the worst Starbucks I've been to, and I have come here a few times over the past 5-6 years. Everytime I interact with... any of the staff they are absolutely disgusting. You would think they would hire people who are friendly and efficient, but itseems to be the contrary. I aways An mobile order 20 minutes ahead of time to make sure my drink is ready. Even when I do thatthey'll make me wait an additional 10-15 minutes. The other day I had the worst interaction with this woman working there whointentionally didn't make eye contact with me and tried to ignore me as I asked for an ETA on my order. I had to scream loudenough for the whole store to hear so that she acknowledged me. Just terrible service. Read more

Staff is super unprofessional! Cashiers were rude and ignored customers and were heard loudly cursing and complaining about... customers in line. There was a tall muscular man who was wearing some jewelry/necklaces who was aggressive and unpleasant. Ifelt unwelcome. This is not the kind of experience I expect to have after spending 7$ for a drink. I have been a long timeStarbucks customer, it?s a shame to not be able to visit my local brick and mortar store. My recommendation is to get yourdrinks at a different location where the staff is trained for customer service. Read more

I came into the store at 11:00am on 9/13 Whoever was staffed on this day needs to be coached about how to expedite orders for... Uber eats? Very unprofessional manner when I asked can someone about the order. Staff was very argumentative and aggressive andnot helpful at all at this point I proceeded to cancel the order to avoid any altercations. Wouldn?t recommend anyone to go hereduring the day for Uber eats or to generally buy coffee staff is very aggressive. Read more

This Starbucks seriously needs to hire more staff! There's always one person working at the bar and it's always a line. It... should be no reason I placed my order at 8:05 and received it at 9:10. Also, the customer service is horrible. All of thebaristas have attitudes and they all need customer service training. Read more

The place is clean and location is great. Been going there for 3 years. All the ice latte and iced coffee drinks lack the coffee... kick. They taste weak and do not provide the upper. Some of the people behind the counter need proper training to make drinksconsistent to standard. Also it will help with professional demeanor. Read more
