I was treated really poorly by the woman taking orders yesterday morning (11/22/2022) at around 10:30AM. she audibly laughed at... me for what I ordered? then turned from snickering at me to a stone cold death stare and didn?t communicate with me any furtherfor the rest of our transaction?? she made me feel completely unwelcome and uncomfortable. honestly it was so strange andisolating that I don?t EVER see myself going back, even though this is extremely close to where I work. she was black, her namebegan with an S and she had a stud nose piercing. Love the music when I'm in there. I used to go to the 6 metrotech one and if I didn't order ahead I was screwed. However even at... the busiest times I can stand in a sort of long line and still get my order. But I usually order ahead in the morning and at mylynch break since its far from my school. However when getting my usually order (mango dragonfruit, Strawberry Acai or CremeFrap) it's always on time. Read more
My chai latte was yummy. My breakfast sandwich was delicious. I really wanted the egg white spinach feta wrap but it was sold... out. I ordered the double smoked bacon, egg cheese on a croissant and it was great. Service a bit long. They were busy butfriendly. They need at least four more seats for customers. Also, be more vigilant about homeless people sitting in therestaurant . Maybe they did call the police I don't know... Read more
Staff does an incredible job moving things along in this high traffic area. Pleasant employees who are conscientious.
This holiday panini was gross! They gave a very tiny increment of stuffing and way too much meat. One dried cranberry as you can... see???????????. I love some Starbucks but this we can do without. Such a dry sandwich! Overall the staff are all friendly andthey work very quickly and efficiently! That location is always crowded and the staff handles it very well. Read more
Absolutely love doggie friendly and have puppychinos!!! Depending on staff they can fill your drinks differently. But there's a... lot of garbage , possibly clean things out sooner. Read more
