Messy disorganized Starbucks where the baristas are frequently yelling at each other , do not get your order right 75% of the... time , and will unleash all of their unhappiness and or rage upon you if you dare to ask for milk , or a sugar packet , letalone that you fix the improperly made drink as per their policy. Please put the milk canisters back . Giving out individualservings of milk is a massive a waste of cups / creator of unnecessary pollution and your baristas clearly hate having to giveit out . Either that or ?rude? is a prerequisite on your hiring form . But no sense getting rid of straws if you are now addingthousands and millions of cups to the dump instead . Read more

Worst Starbucks . 10-15 mins for a coffee in the morning even if there is no one inside due to pickup orders . Also music as... loud as a bar so no phone calls inside are possible . Starbucks - you need more locations in the area. Furthermore theemployees here have the worst attitude of any coffee shop . All need to be fired . I?m here nearly every morning and get the same thing : doppio over ice . This morning there was maybe one giant cube In the cup... and the espresso had melted it down entirely so it was now an americano . All I did was ask for more ice and the barista gave mesuch attitude I asked for a refund and left . First she gave me a hard time about me asking for more ice , then .. She refusedto remake my drink . It was not the drink it was her rotten vibe . This is not the first time I have gotten completely sour ,rude or flat out mean service here . I rarely gave bad reviews unless the service is really bad. The black lady was so grumpy when taking my order ( sorry I couldn?t... see her name). But thats okay as long as I get my drink. Everyone has bad days, I get it. I ordered a drink then she asked?hot?? I said ?no, cold please?. She still gave me a hot drink. When I requested an exchange, she gave me an attitude and keptinsisting that I said ?yes? when she asked me if I wanted it hot. When did I say yes?? If I said yes, why would I mentioned?cold?? If you don?t hear my answer, you should have asked one more time. You just don?t care and want to get it over with. Drinks hardly made correctly. Hate to be ?that person? but usually whenever I come to this location they have to make it a... couple times over for it to be correct. It?s frustrating. The ambiance is decent and this Starbucks looked inviting tonight on a cold night. I was a little irritated by the loud volume... of the music but not enough to write a review. This is a coffee shop right - and not a dance club? A half hour before the 8 pmclosing time, a blonde lady marched up to me and informed me that whatever area I was in was now closed and then added: "So youneed to pack up and go." That's the sort of thing you say to someone that stays well after closing time and who has already beengiven a friendly warning that the place is closing in fifteen minutes or so ---- or to someone who is beingdisruptive/inappropriate. I was sitting quietly alone. So I'm not surprised by all the bad reviews about 'attitude' at thisplace. Read more
