I made an order and I was there for more than 25 minutes they never did it I had to ask for my money
They were making mobile orders first. So there were 20 drinks waiting to be picked up with the customer not even there yet. But... when you go in store, they don?t even try to make your drink until at least 25 minutes in. I was there for a good 20 minutes,but I had to leave because it was taking so long. The cutest Starbucks location I've been to! It has a sweet, local coffee shop vibe and the baristas always greet me with a... smile. No bathroom, and only high top seating, but I love stopping at this Starbucks whenever I'm in Park Slope to grab a quickcoffee or sweet treat. Right on the F/G train at 7th Ave./9th St. station so it's super convenient. My drinks always come outdelicious and perfectly made! ????? Read more
Hello , I come everyday for a matcha iced latte , although I stopped going , therefore when I decided to go for it I find myself... with the surprise that?s there?s no matcha , kind staff , very helpful , a lady had me try one of there other coffees I reallyneeded it for a double shift , can you guys send an email or something like that it would be helpful . This is a very convenient and well located Starbucks when I need a drink in this area. It is ideally located at the F subway... stop entrance on 7th Avenue in Park Slope . Other than convenience, and great drinks, including Nitro, there are someshortcomings. The facade is deceivingly enormous, and conjures up images of a cavernous cafe, that will have plenty of seatingand such. Nevertheless, that is not the case. I always wonder why the door is where it is , and upon entering , notice thatthere is a teeny bar -stool corner , that can accommodate about 4 people. Service is very good, but there is NO RESTROOM, so Ican?t sit a spell and do some writing or chat with a friend. NO restroom makes it a more , ? grab and go? coffee bar rather thana cafe. There are a couple of cafe tables outside, which makes it nice to sit a bit , and take a break , if by chance there?san opening. Generally , great spot to grab a drink , but not the comfortable relaxing haven that Starbucks were originally setup to be. Deal breaker ? though? NO RESTROOM. Read more
Whoever is packing the Uber eats order need to do a better job!!! Before sealing the package for delivery please check to see if... the drinks are sealed properly please. This is like the 4th time I usually don?t write reviews but the store needs to do abetter job.
