Very ratchet. The blkgirl there was mad rude. Walked in at 8:10pm thought they were open but nope! Either the hours are... incorrect or they?re skimming hours and ?closing early? but getting paid. Waited on line when someone could have came over andsaid they were closed earlier on. Horrible service for this neighborhood, I expected more. Ew. Read more
Lazy stuff. They will intentionally mess up your order so that you don?t come anymore. Once, I ordered a drink with ?light ice?,... and told the guy twice; he intentionally filled my cup with ice. Couple times I wanted to order Pike Place coffee (the standardone) in the morning, but every time the ?don?t have it?. Read more
Terrible customer service at this Starbucks on Friday, November 29 at 4:55pm. In addition to both of the employees being rude... to multiple customers, they charged me for the wrong sized drink, refused to process a refund, and then refused to provide milkfor my espresso even after I explained that the milk at the service bar had not been replaced. Please get these awful staff offof your payroll! I will never come back to this Starbucks and this experience has me seriously questioning my loyalty to thisbrand. Read more

I Live on the block and I go to this Starbucks every morning. My experience is always amazing especially with Mia she is an... amazing barista and also an amazing person. She is always welcoming and a huge sweet heart. I wish every Starbucks had a Mialike the one that works here. Read more
