Nice. Spacious location. Fast service
They are severely understaffed. Whether you come in the morning, afternoon or evening. I even experimented, on ordering in... person vs mobile and in person wins. The line was so long to order, I placed a mobile order and the person in front of me gottheir order in 20 plus minutes, I had to wait twice the time almost 50 minutes and it was a cold brew???? They don't inforce theface mask policy, way too many people standing around with no masks. Read more
Two staff members were really nasty. One men was shouting to make a line and he didn?t give us time to move to make a line and... he shouted once again to make a line. Another staff member was rude when we asked to use the restroom. Worst Starbucks ever. Read more
Usually the baristas are super nice and kind but today this one barista was quite rude and low key passive aggressive. Albeit it... was my fault to begin with but his reaction was unexpected considering I was being very friendly. I asked for extra cream but Inaturally speak very low since I'm shy and he accidentally put syrup instead, I pointed it out and said, "sorry I said cream"and he then stated, " well you did not say that, so it's not my fault." And then dumped the coffee in the sink. It was nice ofhim to make a new one but his overall tone was just so rude. Wish I got his name but I was taken aback and just wanted to leave. Read more
It?s all about the people. Anthony - the manager, proves how multinational companies like Starbucks (which btw 99% of their... coffee is ethically source) can make it in small communities like Greenpoint.
