The staff is very lazy! They are just sitting on their phones! It's very dirty inside. Somebody spilled drink by the register,... huge mess around it, nobody cares! The rest room is in mess! Two teenagers (workers) are behind the counter, doing nothing butjust watching their phones. Ordered steak and cheese melt, the worker couldn't prepare it properly. Bad experience! This shiftsucks!!! The lady that looks like the manager she wear a different shirt from the other employees so I assume she is. It was there around... 8 something in the morning. She is very disrespectful and always have an attitude for no reason. She is setting no example forthe other employees. She doesn't give a warm welcoming its like the customers are bothering her. I should have been able to givethis 5 garbage bin instead of one star. I've been going there for a while now and this is the attitude that she gives all thecustomer. U have to monitor lack of changing gloves, they handle money & cards touch the screen in a transactions then go straight to... handling your sandwich. Other than that food is fresh & sitting is good Read more
I was at Kingsborough Community College (8/18/18), taking a motorcycle course, and was happy to notice a Subway right outside... campus. I went for a lunchtime snack. Sadly, it was worse than I've ever experienced. When I walked in, it smelled like a publicbathroom!! I ordered two cookies and they were as hard as rocks! I never ate them. It made me happy I didn't order a sandwich! Idon't know if it was just a bad day or its employees could care less. I will never go to that store again! Read more
