They dont give you the right portion on the food they short you the meet on your sandwich
Place is the worst run location. People always hanging out in back. Always closing store early. Clean with dirty towels.
I've watched the quality of service at this location steadily decline over the past few years in regards to cleanliness and... customer relations. From staff members wearing masks with their noses hanging out (why even bother?), to carelessly andliterally throwing meat and toppings on sandwiches. Once, when getting a fountain drink, the ice machine emitted a black gooeysubstance and I had to get a bottled drink instead. My experience today was the final straw, with a newer worker constantlywiping his nose with his forearm and reacting with a nasty attitude and stating "this is how we do it" after I addressed the wayhe was handling my food. my meatball sandwich tasted lukewarm and moist. whether or not its the truth of it, i could neither shake the awful feeling my... food had been spat in, nor finish the meal. I wouldn't come back here. ps - this final critique is not particular to thislocation, but why is it that at almost every subway i go to, their cookies are so hard like they've been lying in the displayfor 3 days? is it too much to ask for a soft cookie? They should start selling them as biscuits, that would at least be morehonest. Read more
This subway has its ups and downs. The staff that used to work here a couple of years ago was great. Everyone was friendly and I... was remembered every time I came in. New staff again for about the 3rd time. They seem like they're getting the hang of it butwe'll see. Careful and precise when making the sandwiches though so hopefully they're the ones. Read more
BEWARE!! this store does not like to keep knifes clean they use previous knife use that when only mention this then they clean... the knife. So when u order and your sandwich tastes weird u know what they doing. counter worker was coughing over food without mask. When asked to mask he refused. Terrible service in the flu and COVID season.
