This subways is one of many locations that does not accept coupons. Really disappointed in the fact that these franchise owners... are not accepting coupons, coupons is a way of saving money and bringing in costumers but they?re choose to be GREEDY, Iunderstand business need to make money due to the pandemic, but costumers need to save as much money as we can. Saving money isgreat,why should I care about these businesses losing money? Why promote coupons if there not gonna accept it? Read more
Nice visit today. I haven't been to this location in a while but it is very convenient to the subway the ingredients and topping... seemed pretty fresh so we will see how it goes. The space seemed neat and well taken care of it was a little bit strange thatthey had signs indicating that they do not accept coupons I thought that was a bit off putting. Read more

The subway sandwich was as average, if not a bit worse quality, than your usual subway sandwich off any franchise. That being... said, I didnt even eat it until I finished writing this review, cause I was that annoyed with the place. I'll mention my firstexperience before I mention today's. One experience here, was during covid in January when I select their sheepshead bay storelocation on my subways phone app, and it shows me a 6" coupon available, among 2 other irrelevant ones. But a flat out, free 6"sub!!! Sick right?? Free 6" sub during a financially hard time when Subways probably needs more customers to flock to it? Thinkagain. I show up, with my order placed, and the old owner guy basically asked me as I approached the counter looking for mypickup, and asked "Let me ask you kids something(im 29), where do you go off getting these 6" free subs?? Let me see on yourphone!" As if it was my problem that the phone app lists your location as eligible for coupons, and he wasnt aware of it.Basically he made it a big deal that these coupons were being put on the app and allowing customers to come in and get discountsat his establishment. But thats kind of what you get when you sign up by buying a Subways franchise, is it not? Todays issuewas I buy a footlong steak and cheese, and ofcourse the worker skimps out on serving me an adequate portion of meat, so I bendover backwards and ask for double-meat because the 10g of protein he just put on my sandwich werent gonna keep my full forlonger than 20 minutes. The menu behind him says $4,00 for double meat(which is already $1.00 more than the standard priceyou'll find double meat costs on the subways website, as it costs $3.00 across the nation). He rings me up for double meat andhe says double meat is actually $5.00 and not $4.00, as the 'system' is what dictates the current accurate price on hisregister. Ugly service! Ordered online two sandwiches, when I came home I saw it?s not my order (that was some salad and a sandwich).... Okay, no problem, sometimes happens, I understand. What can I say, its subway. I got a footlong Italian herbs and cheese with some Turkey, Chicken Teriyaki, Roast Beef, & a... plethora of vegetables. I'd feel like I was withholding valuable information if I didnt mention how GOOD the olives & bananapeppers where. They just melt in your mouth; every bite another moment in bliss, making you feel like your sandwhich will nevercome to an end. Read more
