The workers are very RUDE and do not take any precautions when handling food. I brought a homeless guy a sandwich and while... ordering his food they spoke very disgusting to him because he asked them to change their gloves. On top of that they told himhe couldn?t eat his food in there. I understand the guy is homeless but at least treat people like we?re all humans. And it?sfunny because they charged me $4 extra for his sandwich with NO EXPLANATION of why. Last time going in there. There is a Indianmale worker in there that was standing right by the counter digging in his face and didn?t once to go wash his hands. Subway. What can one say? It's a sandwich. The chicken used for the sweet onion teriyaki and buffalo sandwiches is mediocre at... most, but the rotisserie chicken is where it is at. Flavorful, juicy and absolutely delicious. The bread is fresh and greattoasted. I get the rotisserie chicken on multigrain bread with pickles and hot sauce. Lord Jesus heaven in every bite. Theturkey also makes a delicious sandwich with swiss cheese and chipotle mayo. I don't eat red meat so I can't judge the roast beefand other meats. Sorry. Also, the cookies are superb. Store never have anything.. staff handle food without PPE then handles the money then goes to make new sandwiches.. shouldnt... have to tell a worker to put on gloves and change ur gloves after.. horrible customer service.. they will lowkey charge doublemeat and only put the bare minimum.. bread is also underbaked. Went to this establishment today, August 25, 2020. I was served by a male of indian descent, he told me my sandwich was over $9,... so i said to him why is it so expensive! Dishonest Company and Workers; Worse Customer Service Because of them I would never buy subways again. So last month I used the... app to see what the sub of the day was. I was planing to order a Tuna sandwich but I changed my mind. I close the app and forsome reason couple minutes later I got a message saying my order was place. I knew that they don't make the sandwich right awaybecause the last time I went to pick it up the guy made it while i was there. Whats the purpose of a pick up with a specifictime I don't know. I immediately called subway customer service. They said its nothing they can do because they areindependently own so they called the store. Whoever the subway customer service spoke to said they can't cancel the orderbecause the manager isn't there. So subway customer service told me they would put in a request and the owner of the subwaywould call me in 2 days. Two days came no call. Then I call back customer service and they said its nothing they can do. If theysubway don't want to give me back my money they can't force them. I went to the subway personally and it was a runaround. I wentthere three different times and the "MANAGER" wasn't there or just left. The first time I went the guy who is the managerbrother said his not here come back. I went back the second time he said I have to call subway customer service so he can speakto them and something else I can't remember. The third and finally time I went the manager wasn't there or his brother.Basically they robbed me out of $5 something until i said forget it.
