Worst subway in Brooklyn. I thought I would give them another chance since it's new management. But it is worse than before. I... ordered a footlong tuna with everything on it. I ordered food through Grubhub pickup and when I went to pick up the food the lady working behind the counter said that I didn?t... have enough proof even though I was showing her the Grubhub receipt and app screen that appears for pickup orders. Customer service is awful. Sandwich making is sub par. Availability of ingredients is lackluster. Went in for a steak and cheese... sandwich there was no steak. Then asked for a tuna sandwich. The guys asks me if I want the sandwich toasted AFTER he spreadsthe tuna over the ENTIRE SURFACE for the bread. After checking out, doesn?t even say ?thank you? or ?have a nice day" nothing.Just put the receipt on the counter and walks away. I will never go there again. I hope they close down this location. Best deli in New York City?? Their chopped cheeses have been so consistent in quality and taste throughout the years, and it?s... simply amazing.
