There are animals working at this location, not people! Actually, apologies to all animals, as they would have better manners... when interacting with people. If you want to be attacked and verbally abused by rottweilers, stop by this location and you?llknow exactly what i mean! And the ?manager? would be better fitted to run a gang than a sandwich place. Always busy. Workers overwhelmed with orders. Not everything doesn't come out as expected
I purchased two bottles of water and asked for 3 cups for the children... I was charged for the empty cups 6$ ... I tipped them... 4$ for the rest of the staff being nice.. but after I realized the mistake and they brought over (FELICIA THE MANAGER) and askedthey refund me the 6$. She said sorry I can't do that. THIS IS INSANE... 6$ FOR WATER CUPS? I don't ever ask for anything forfree... but every restaurant fast food or not provides water cups... especially to paying customers. FELECIA SHOULD NOT BE AMANAGER... She has horrible interpersonal skills. And the rest of the staff was actually very nice. How unfortunate... Read more
I went to this subway yesterday with my daughters - 11 and 15. We had just purchased the Chinese food my 11 year old wanted and... now we headed into Subway for the sandwich the 15 year old wanted. There was a free table at the front so I had my youngest sitdown with her food as I could see her from the line and waited with my eldest in the long line. While I had my back turnedbecause we were checking out (with a very funny, cheerful cashier!) another Subway employee approached my 11 year old daughtersitting alone and YELLED at her to reprimand her for sitting at a Subway table with outside food. My daughter tried to explainshe was waiting for me but she was scared and flustered. As I started towards them and the employee saw me she changed her tookand said - Oh you guys can sit at a table more towards that back since you are her Mom. First this is a MALL. People oftenchoose different QSR food in one family. So if they do that they aren't welcome in Subway. Seriously? Because we'll just notpatronize Subway in that case. That's ridiculous. Mostly importantly you, the employee, approached a CHILD you did not know andwere rude & disrespectful until you saw an adult was near. You terrified and intimated a little girl. I'm sure that made youfeel like a big boss but it makes you a bad human. We did not stay. My daughter was crying and didn't want to stay. I had toconsole her standing in the middle of the mall with our food. Once she was calm we ended up sitting on the floor in a NYC malleating. Which is gross but it was the choice we had. She begged me not to go back in there and yell at people. I was irate andI very much wanted to. HOW DARE YOU approach a CHILD that you do not even know with anger and unkindness. AND MAKE HER CRY. Whatsort of vile human being behaves like that? We will obviously not be returning but I do hope someone sees this review and alsodecides to skip this place if they have children with them. get a value meal with drink/chips/and a sandwich the way you want it. i don't like the meat: the meatballs are made with... fillers/ the chicken parm is frozen fried and pre-made/ the deli meat is carefully measured out and weighed so not a hairline offood is over used. You can get 1 little slice of cheese tossed over your choice of lettuce pickle tomatoe olives. Breads come ina variety of flavors-none meet my tastebuds- i have tried the whole wheat and parm bread. they don't ever have the full amountof choices claimed. get the special of the day and pay less. A bit small with not a lot of seating and the line can get a bit long. When it does the people snake through the seating area... and it can get crowded. The sandwich artists are very nice and always place a good amour of meat and toppings on thesandwich. I always go for the value meal with chips and a drink but finding a place to sit and eat is a problem on busy days. Iusually have to sit on a bench in the mall area and balance my stuff on my lap.
