I don't know what's up with this particular store but every single taco bell has the most inadequate workers who are too lazy to... put everything you order in the bag. If I could give 0 stars I would. We decided to grab a quick bite before a concert and waited for an hour and left without a... refund or food. We went to the counter to order where a staff member was and she rudely told us we needed to use the wallkiosk.. but then the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful and ignored our order completely. One of them also complained outloud about having to fill a 12 pack order (this wasnt ours). They also kept leaving the store to talk woth a person outside andcome back in after 10 minutes at a time.. After waiting for over an hour, watching everyone else get served before us, andgetting into a back and forth argument with the staff about them ignoring our order and refusing a refund we left without foodand out $20. Because of this experience we will not go to another taco bell ever again. Never have we been treated so poorly anddisrespectfully. The lack of customer service was astounding. Read more

If you order online, they immediately mark your order complete. It isn't. They do all inperson orders first, but they mark those... as complete too. They get really busy because they are short staffed. Then all the "complete" orders get mixed up and they canttell which ones are done. Leading to really long wait times constantly (20+ minutes). They are constantly out of ingredients andgenerally forget or mess up one part of your order. I am generally tolerant, but the short staff and lack of supplies means itshardly ever worth it. This Location is a mad house. Like I understand a busy time but last time I was here I had a simple order which was 5 cheesy... gordita churches and I was waiting for literally 1 hour. Always a nightmare using the taco bell app. The app says it's ready but I am literally sitting in the store now waiting over 45... minutes for my order. You will regret it. People came into the store 20 minutes after me and got their food before. This placeis severely understaffed (most underrated statement ever). This is the third time I've waited over a half hour for food afterthe app said the food is ready, so this definitely isn't a one time thing. Come here if you have a hour to kill for "fast food".To all you Doordash and UberEats workers, you'll be wasting a lot of time waiting for your orders as well.. So I just left Taco Bell and I?m annoyed because I sat there and watched them make my food and barely put any beans in the... Crunchwrap. When I said why did you put such a small amount she looked at me closed it and gave it to the next person and said Ican fix it if you like. After they?re completing it already. Why wouldn?t they fix it when I said something? I?ve gotten them somany times and this is the least amount of beans I?ve ever gotten. This si the second time this location has put very littlethough. Is Taco Bell being cheap with the protein or is it just me being discriminated against because I?m fat? I only got 5items for me and my two kids. Very clean, very friendly! Someone walked in without a mask on and was asked politely about their mask. The lady forgot. Luckily... there is a $.99 store nearby and she could purchase one. Used the touchscreen kiosks. There are 2. The place was spotless. Asmall table was placed outside, for outdoor eating and a couple sat there. Most people ordered out. This was my second trip fora party pack of tacos for $20. Also they have a strawberry lemonade frozen drink that I wanted to try but was laden down withpackages. The sign says that you can get that drink for $1 from 2 pm to 5 pm. Taco Bell Cantina on Flatbush is a welcomeaddition! Don't know how long they have been there but not having to trek to Bushwick or Queens to get tacos is a joy! I thinkyou can also order ahead, so that's good!!!!! Read more
