Not only did they get my order wrong, they gave me a burrito with meat in it. I?m a vegetarian. The service here is always bad... too. This has happened twice at this location, I recommend going anywhere else. Dollar pizza around the corner is great. Read more

Literally the worst place to go to after midnight if you want to eat before 2 am. The system they have in place is broken and... nonsensical, which may be partly to blame on technological issues, but I sat there for 40+ minutes while they had only oneperson making the food. I worked at a Dairy Queen when I was 16 and we turned out food much quicker. I'll be disputing thetransaction on my bank statement as I never received my food after an hour. It's hit or miss. Some days they are great. if there is more than 6 people in the store, then it will suck. I always go on their... down time. I never interact with the staff when I'm there. I order at the Kiosk, get my food and I check it then leave. Thecustomer service has never been good. Anytime I have gone in there everyone looks miserable and looks like they don't want to bethere. I think they should just fire everyone and have robots run the joint. Read more

Good food, and hard to find cheap quick food around here. Great and friendly neighborhood crew, but I can't believe you make... your staff work in a store that is easily 85 degrees. I just came in for an errand day lunch before work and was dripping justwhile sitting for the few minutes for my take out. They definitely aren't getting paid enough, this heat is brutal. Read more

Easily the worst Taco Bell I?ve ever been to and possibly the worst service I have ever received at a fast food place in my... entire life. And trust me, I have been here numerous times, probably a few dozen if not more over the course of 2+ years, so Iam speaking from experience. If this had not been such a consistently awful location over the course of multiple years andnumerous visits, I would not be leaving this negative review. If you go past 9 or 10pm, expect to wait 20-30 mins or longer. Myorder has been lost multiple times and I?ve been stuck waiting while others who order after me receive their orders. I would?vewaited indefinitely if I hadn?t asked an employee about those orders. And there is no apology whatsoever when things like thishappen. I haven?t even bothered with attempting to get a refund because I know that I would be faced with an intense level offrustration and disrespect from employees for even trying, so I?ve avoided it and just gotten out of there as quickly aspossible with my food when I?ve finally received it after wasting so much time waiting. Almost every single employee seems likethey?d rather be anywhere else and doing anything else. Employees have even openly threatened each other with physical harm (notin a joking way) in front of customers. Even when employees mess up an order or give objectively terrible service, they treatyou like you?re subhuman and you?re nothing more than an inconvenience to them, even if you go out of your way to be asrespectful, polite, and patient as humanly possible with them despite them treating you and every other customer likegarbage. Seriously, avoid this Taco Bell like the plague. In general I am a super understanding person when it comes tocustomer service, but this Taco Bell has gone way too far. I asked for a spare of their plastic bag to hold the drink because I am riding a bike. When I got home the drink was spilled and... they wrap it with the plastic wrap but did not wrap the whole drink at least even that wrap would have helped out if theywrapped the whole entire cup. The place is dirty and sanitizer does not work. And the woman who were talking to me already havean attitude answering me when I asked for a plastic. A drink carrier would not help me at all and she was gonna give me thateven after explaining I'm riding a bike(stupid much) I understand that working in there must be very stressful but, I askedpolitely and I was answered rudely and with full of disgust in her voice. If you can't handle your job find a better one thatyou can. And, I don't understand why she can't spare me one plastic bag. If I'm in a car I would not ask right? Don't order from this location! Pretty sure I just received two taco shells - there was hardly any meat or toppings included.... Also ordered chips + nacho cheese. The cheese came in a 2oz container, which was not even half full and lasted a total of 4chips. The lettuce on my remaining items was wilted, brown and smelled absolutely foul. Good thing I had extra chips to scrapeit off. Couldn't finish any of the food I ordered, unfortunately. Ordered via doordash - the order was correct, delivered ontime and hot, so no complaints there.
