Management needs to change. They are trying to be as efficient as possible by only having two staff members working but it... creates long wait times. I shouldn?t ever have to wait 40 minutes for Taco Bell. For that I?ll get real tacos down the block.HIRE MORE STAFF and stop overworking your employees. It is unreasonable to expect 2 staff members to be able to make all ofthese orders for an entire neighborhood. Greedy manager needs to go. Read more

Nachos tasted and looked refried. The manager yelled at the worker Nevada she forgot to ask for both names on the order. That... was kinda rude for him to do in front of a customer. Especially, forgetting to correctly make my nacho bell grande. Good wasjust gross. I'll go to other taco bells but not this one. Read more

I live close by and order here a lot. I don?t expect much from fast food, but this place is seriously dirty and disorganized. ... It is an establishment that sells food that should be held to higher standards. The manager and owners should hire more help sothe employees are not so overworked. Read more

This place is flooded with the orders, owner do not higher more employees to work with.. they are doing their best to prepare... their order, however due to high customer load in rush hours I have to wait for 25 mins for my Pick up Order. Employees do nottreat the food with care, And I do not blame them, they have to work fast and they compromised the quality and precision... tobe honest I love Taco Bell but how they make in rush hours lacks quality and presentation as well. I highly recommend to getmore employees to work at least when it?s a rush hours? unfortunately I will not be coming to this place again unless itimproves.. Because no matter what every one pays equal money and everyone deserves same quality and quantity food. Thanks.. Read more

The past 2 times they completely messed up my order. Asked for no lettuce on all my items and every single one had lettuce. They... forgot the soft taco supreme. Oh and they were out of the cheesy chalupa, and substituted with a regular chalupa, but didn?ttell me. No sign saying they didn?t have it. They charge for the cheesy one but don?t offer a refund for the up charge becausethey said they said no manger was there. Read more

Big thanks to Mathew & his coworker, I was trying to redeem my FREE birthday gift (frozen Baja Blast drink) on the app but for... some reason it wasn?t letting me. I explained to them & showed them the app on my phone. They were also confused BUT they gaveit to me anyway and to make it up to me, for the trouble the app had put me through? they gave me a FREE quesadilla! ???? THANKYOUU GUYS ! Great customer service! Don?t penalize them for doing the right thing that the app failed to do. Fix the app,managers please contact ya IT if you feel a type of way bout your incredible employees making my day! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE !! We ordered from here to pick up today after waiting for an hour for the app to say the food was... ready when we went to pick up we were told that the dryer was busted and they didn?t have enough ingredients to finish ourorder!! So we asked for a refund and this is where it got worse we were told that they were unable to give us a refund becausethere wasn?t a manager in the store there were like 10 customers with the same problem. Ordered the cheesy Gordita crunch combo and this is my taco Supreme i paid extra for. This place is terrible the tables are... dirty and more than half the time you have to wait 20 mins at the counter. The 20 min wait you see the employees head down andbuilding tacos that's it where is management? where is the awareness too? Needs much improvement the district manager needs tofollow up on this.
