This TGI Fridays is in the Sheepshead Bay area right off the highway on Knapp Street it next to the Regal Movie Theater, Cold... Meeting a reunion group for dinner with a reservation for 8 PM. The host wouldn't seat us because it wasn't 8 pm yet. (We... arrived at 7:45 pm) They said they were going to prepare the table at 8 PM. An hour later, we're still sitting and waiting. This was the 3rd time when I got so disappointed. The food is very bad lately, no taste or even worse ..the meat is burnt...... also the french fries was not fresh at all. I did complained about it but they kept telling me it is fresh and didn't even get anew fresh fries.
