Meeting a reunion group for dinner with a reservation for 8 PM. The host wouldn't seat us because it wasn't 8 pm yet. (We... arrived at 7:45 pm) They said they were going to prepare the table at 8 PM. An hour later, we're still sitting and waiting. Theywould not let us order an appetizer or drink because it would "mess up the kitchen." They put us at two separate tables.. Iwould not use this venue again. Read more
This was the 3rd time when I got so disappointed. The food is very bad lately, no taste or even worse ..the meat is burnt...... also the french fries was not fresh at all. I did complained about it but they kept telling me it is fresh and didn't even get anew fresh fries. It's my first visit honestly though It's fine be very good but I am disappointed with the service level very very poor food... quality is just average I can't enjoy due to poor service after telling so many time to Bing water 1. I get water when theyserve food no fork and knife avaliable after food served and we have to wait for that 2. Imagine ordering mega loaded queso fries and just getting this(photo below). And having the entire order cold the fries, the... chicken, and bacon in a mediocre $17 salad. Everything about this order is disappointing i feel the potential but wouldn’tsuggest ordering for delivery ever. Been to this place a few times now. Always a great atmosphere and experience: perfect place to chill with the crew when you just... want to be silly. Staff can be fun depending on who you get, and food is good. Great view of the water outside as well. By theSheepshead Bay movie theater too so stop by here after a movie. Read more
