Food was tasty but we got a bad stomach for the entire day. It's not my first time eating indian that never happened to me. And... it happened to 2 of us. I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to get sick. Read more

I didn’t know what to expect. Went on a friends suggestion after they decided to skip the Chinese spot across the street and... opted for something outside the box that we don’t usually look to eat. I like that their menu is digital (old gen iPad minis)but their menu don’t explain much so with the help of google I decided on the lamb saag which is curry lamb in a puréedspinach sauce seasoned to perfection. You also get a choice of bread like naan or roti. I can’t recall the name but my friendhad the chicken in a red sauce with peppers, onions and green chilis. I sampled some and it had the right amount kick to it.Somewhat more spice than what I had. Think one chili pepper. Mine I would say was like half a chili on spice. Both dishes camewith white rice in addition to the bread. The portions is nice enough to split/share so you and your guest can try two disheslike we did. The food was very filling and tasty. You don’t get that nasty full feeling fast food gives. I would definitely goagain. Our server was a very nice gentleman, he gave suggestions and also let us know if something we were considering wouldtake more than 15 min to cook since certain items for a dish were made fresh. If you ever want to stop in please do. The orangeyogurt drink (idk the name) was amazing! And they offer sweets at the end of the meal (think tiny nerds in a dish) which wascute. Please try as much as you can here! I would definitely go back. The place was also nice and clean even in the bathroomsand I liked there was outdoor seating in the back. Side note: The 2 meals, the yogurt drink + yogurt drink refill, and a cokecame out to be about $65. Meal is roughly 20 minimum but I seen the highest on the menu was a lamb dish for $30. Read more

Some of the worst Indian food I have ever had, as well as an extremely slow and careless kitchen and staff. Everyone's... experience is different, but when my family and I went, it was not pleasant. For one, they took a long time seating us andgiving us our drinks, which weren't that good. We specifically told them that someone was allergic to peanuts, so they shouldmake sure their's no contamination or exposure. They served us our food, which was dry and lacked spices. To our luck, their wassomehow peanut in one of the dishes, so someone in our party had a bad allergic reaction. This is not a place I would recommendto anyone, it's poorly run and the food is horrible, there's a reason it's always empty. Read more

The tables and the floor are really sticky for some reason. Had to keep asking for cutlery and plates (for some reason, they... thought we could eat rotis on a single, small appetizer plate) We had Sabji Tikka - the worst dish I've probably had. Themarinade was bland, they literally served us a huge piece of boiled potato. The dish was not even close to the image on themenu. Paneer Tikka Masala was basically a sugar gravy with cottage cheese. I felt bad for having brought my guest to this placeafter tasting this. The garlic naan tasted like nothing. I've had biryani takeouts from this place previously and they're reallygood, expected the same for the other dishes. Probably the worst Indian restaurant I've been to in Park Slope. Disappointed. Ido not recommend this restaurant for vegetarian food. Read more

Great spot, lamb rice, and shrimp rice was delicious. The lamb chops were so juicy , though I wish it served two more on the... plate. The rice had generous portion enough for two people. Looking forward to eating here again Read more

We had ordered takeout from here. We got chicken biryani and black pepper chicken curry. The biryani was very flavorful, so was... the curry. Good quantity and great taste. Curry came with a side of white rice. Accompanied by green and tamarind chutney andpickled onions. Chicken was tender and tasty. Will be back for more! Read more

Tikka has become my favorite Indian spot in my neighborhood! They're offering takeout & delivery during COVID. The food is... absolutely delicious & is ready fairly quickly. The biggest draw for me was that they offer Impossible meat-alternativeoptions. I've gotten the Impossible masala (pictured) and I've gotten the Impossible korma and both were seriously yummy. Trythese over their basmati rice with a side of garlic naan (pictured) & you can't go wrong. The last time my husband & I orderedfrom here, we had half of each meal leftover, so we had it for lunch the next day which made me feel like my money was goingfurther! Adding Impossible jacks the price up a fair amount, however, I'm grateful to have a meat substitute option if I wantit. The chana saag is also unreal. Creamy saag, with wonderfully spiced chickpeas mixed in & a touch of spice that'll leaveyou sweating. Yum! The times I've taken out from Tikka the people inside have been pleasant & helpful! Smiles all around. Read more
