Good quality bubble tea. Good service. But $10 minimum spending? Why forcing the client to pay for goods that I don?t want,... instead of changing merchant service to one that give more flexibility and attract client with different spending needs. I've been coming here since they've opened this location and it's honestly one of the most consistent places I've ever been.... Their drinks always taste the same (which is great) and whenever I order the spicy popcorn chicken, it's always the samesize. Prices have gone up due to COVID, but other restaurants/places usually raise prices and lower portion sizes. Glad to seeVivis actually keeps the size the same while raising prices. Read more

Really expensive and they don?t honor a honest customer loyalty program. They offer only $3.25 off after you buy 10 drinks which... is only half price of 1 drink. Normal rewards programs offer at least 1 free drink or $5-6 off so that you can get a regulardrink. In addition they don?t even stamp for the second drink that you pay for! Very cheap company that does not valuecustomer loyalty. Save your money and go somewhere else. Read more
One of my favourite vivi stores, their service was pretty quick and the hot foods were good. For about 5 dollars you get so much... chicken and the sausages were also great just a bit pricey almost 3 dollars for 1 sausage. The tiramisu slush was like a coffeeslush, going to go back soon. Read more
Nice place with a large variety of bubble teas and quick hot snacks. They have inside seating as well. I didn?t give 5 stars... because this place could be just a bit cleaner and more environmentally friendly by using paper straws, eco friendly cups, etc.instead of plastic. Read more
My husband and I used to live on church av and traveled all the way to this location specifically to get our bubble tea. When I... gave birth 7 months ago, all we and my entire family and friends had was bubble tea lol. Lots of money spent here but all waswell worth it! Now I bring my baby here and she enjoys the decor while I enjoy my drink. We always get lychee slush withstrawberry and mango pop and lychee jelly; my husband now gets the mango slush with the same toppings. I told him thisparticular day to surprise me and he got the galaxy for me. It was nasty to me because it was heavily flavored with lemon andlemon juice. So sour!!! I threw away the juice only keeping the toppings and replaced it with the lychee juice I had in myoffice fridge ??????????? Never again. Lol. Read more
