This Wendy's on 86 street is a really busy store so I do understand why it?s really messy but there?s usually not a lot of the... problems but today I waited 30 minutes for my food and the staff today (October 11) 10:30 pm one had a baseball hat the shiftmanager and the other was short and had tattoos were absolutely slow and I asked for a refund Manager told me to call Wendy?s.Really unprofessional the manager should have solved the issue instead of being dramatic and giving attitude lol.
