This Wendy's on 86 street is a really busy store so I do understand why it?s really messy but there?s usually not a lot of the... problems but today I waited 30 minutes for my food and the staff today (October 11) 10:30 pm one had a baseball hat the shiftmanager and the other was short and had tattoos were absolutely slow and I asked for a refund Manager told me to call Wendy?s.Really unprofessional the manager should have solved the issue instead of being dramatic and giving attitude lol. Just ordered through the Postamate app Dave?s combo, 10pc. Crispy Nuggets and 2 french fries! You didn't put the Burger in the... Combo!!!! And put spicy nuggets instead of the crispy!!!!! Coke was way too watery, but their ???? was better than either Burger King or McDonald?s best. Service was swift with limited... seating on the first floor. There was sufficient seating on the second floor which was swarming with high school children whichsurprisingly were not rowdy. The second floor was dimly lit as several light fixtures were not operational somewhat hiding theunsightly water stains affecting some ceiling tiles. Finally, a couple of tread nosings were missing from the second floorstaircase negligently creating a slip and fall hazard. Read more
Let's face it, Wendy's has a great burger. It is really juicy and delicious. I generally don't do the 5 for 5 special and... instead get a Dave's Burger. Fast Food is Fast Food and thus should only get a 3. But this wendy's gets two more stars for alarge eating space upstairs and really clean bathrooms. Read more

I see this black lady abuse to the employees...
