NYC rooftop views - check! Breathtaking scenery at @westlightnyc with some new friends. Felt super blessed! My lavender cocktail... was so good I was actually surprised because I don’t really like alcohol actually. The whole experience was really great andthe waitress was very nice and patient with us. Had such a great time watching the sunset and enjoying the nighttime view ofManhattan after dark. Would totally come back and try some of their entrees as well! Definitely worth a visit! Read more
Was a recommended spot from some of my friends when visiting Brooklyn. Came to the place after supper for drinks and was overall... satisfied with my experience. The service was good and pricing a was a fair. Best part of the experience was the view though,would recommend bringing a coat if you plan on going at night, as it does get pretty windy up there. And also book ahead as theywon’t let you go up unless you have a reservation. Read more
Visited at 4 pm. Wait staff was amazing! Food was great! Drinks were great! The view was amazing! We sat facing the water and... it was so relaxing! Music was mixed and still a great vibe! Out first time here but we will definitely return! Read more

If you are looking for a decent rooftop restaurant in Brooklyn, then I highly recommend Westlight. It is located on top of the... William Vale hotel, and offers amazing views of the city. I liked the cozy atmosphere, especially when you go there at night.The service was good, but I was not overwhelmingly impress by the food (though it is decent). The Westlight burger was myfavorite on their menu. I think it can be a great pick for a date night. Read more
This place has such an amazing view. The appetizers and entrees were delicious and cocktails were great too. Really recommend... the octopus skewers and the Thai roast chicken. Staff were friendly but could have been more attentive with our orders becauseby the time my friend’s entrees arrived I was almost done with mine, even though I did wait a bit for them to get theirs butthey said to go ahead because otherwise it would get cold. Must have forgotten to put in their orders, and didn’t check up onus until after we were done with our meals. Plus it did interfere with the fact that you only have 90 minutes at the table.Dessert could have been better. After all, this place is a must-try and it’s located within the William Vale hotel so makesure you got a reservation. Will definitely give it a second try. Read more
Amazing rooftop/outdoor space. Food was good, too. Cocktail choices for a non-whisky lover can be limited. Remember to make your... reservation ahead of time and enjoy some of the best night lights in Brooklyn. Also this one does not charge you gratuitiesautomatically, unlike some of the other bars that we went to on Manhattan island. So give generously if the services you receiveis good. Read more
If you're in Brooklyn looking for a great cocktail and a beautiful sunset view of the city check out Westlight. We popped in... with no reservations and grabbed a couple of cocktails at the bar. The bartenders were super helpful and friendly and the drinkswere refreshing. I recommend going for sunset and enjoying the view. Read more
