My favorite neighborhood spot. They make the best matcha lattes and I love their breakfast options (sausage biscuit, breakfast... burritos, pastries). Their food always tastes amazing and they use quality ingredients - they have great lunch options too for aquick bite if you?re around :) also a great place to pickup some specialty items on your grocery list or get a unique gift forsomeone (or yourself) - Love this place, all the employees are wonderful people and the owner is just magnificent too. Iconsider them my neighbors and I?m really happy to see them. They are always very kind even when I roll in to the spot lookingbusted as if I just got out of bed. I love this store. I frequent it regularly as I live right around the corner. The selection of curated treats, staples, baked... goods, prepared foods and home goods and gifts is excellent. I rely on this store for quality essentials but also enjoy thatI?ll always find something new when I stop in. Their homemade food is excellent. Try it all, especially the soups and thebreakfast burritos. And the service is fantastic. I always feel welcome and enjoy conversations with the lovely folks behind thecounter. Willoughby General is an amazing mother owned and operated shop! You can not only get delicious food and coffee but also great... curated gifts. Everyone is super friendly and a true neighborhood spot. It is always super clean and put together. If you arelooking for a gift for yourself there is a great selection of self-care products that you won't find at the Duane Reade. Love this place! I go here for everything - coffee, breakfast, snacks, gifts, b-day cards, etc. They have a cool variety of food... / products. The owner Lauren is great. Amazing local business!! Owner and employees are so friendly and professional, food is great, and they stock a wonderful variety... of interesting products. Such a clean and inviting shop. I actually stop in to shop for birthday presents whenever a friend hasa birthday because they have such cool stuff. Beyond that, Willoughby General stands up for the community and makes a hugeeffort to get local residents involved in volunteer work, mutual aid, and preservation projects. Read more
i usually love this place but just had a subpar experience. i ordered two $10 sandwiches and they were skimpy considering the... price. ONE slice of turkey on a club sandwich. and a meager amount of tuna and cheese (that was NOT melted) on a tuna melt. Read more
