Ordered take out. Was excited to try the new chicken sandwich and now I wish I had not. The chicken was very dry and flavorless.... The fries were not fully cooked. Smh. I?m disappointed with this Wingstop. You?re better off ordering from a different one. Read more
Ordered the 15 pc wings which comes with 2 dipping sauces and 2 drinks. We order honey mustard and ranch. When we arrived home... there was no dipping sauce in the bag. The only drinks they had was purified water. This is very disappointing. Read more
My company decided to treat our employees to lunch of their choice and they wanted wing stop. The order was placed online and... delivered by door dash. We ordered 6 combos and when we received the order 3 drinks were missing. Tried calling the storelocated @ 11114 flatlands Ave Brooklyn NY 11236. I ate from this location b4 but today the wings was so bland. I saw the cook throw sm pale looking wings in the fryer. And I... guess 20mins later that's what I got. Bland wings covered w my 3 flavors of choice. You just don't serve ppl anything. Read more
Horrible service. EXTREMELY unprofessional. This behavior would not be tolerated in a gentrified area of Brooklyn. I ordered online and was told the wait was 43 - 48 minutes for pickup. I arrived as indicated only to wait 30 more minutes. The... cashier and the folk in the kitchen were all on their phones. The manager was worse AND UNINVOLVED. Got home 5 minutes later toCOLD and hard chicken wings. It was an expensive lesson. Unfortunately, I will NOT be returning. Read more
I liked what I got. The fries are hood but I wish they are more crispy, and the wings can be more flavorful, but I still like... them. Can't complain too much. I Love the corn, as well. Read more
