Ordered takeout via the Wing Stop app. The experience was smooth & seamless. I arrived a few minutes early yet my order was... ready to go. I simply gave my name, tapped my card and was out the door in less than 5 minutes despite the fact the place wasfairly busy. I got an 8 piece with fries and a medium soda which totaled $17 which was fine considering I wasn?t eating alone. Isplit favors: 4 garlic/parm, 4 lemon pepper. The wings were boldly flavorful and made to perfection. My only criticism is theywere playing loud music (and trap music at that so you may not want to bring children with you ????) but I?ll give them a pass &will definitely be returning soon. Read more

HORRIFIC customer service. Ordered $50 and received a completely different order. When I just called the location they had no... resolution to their error when I calmly expressed my disappointment, I even presented solutions for them; refund me, or send thecorrect order. Instead they hung up on me. I can?t find any contact information on Wingstops official site which tells me theydo not value customer feedback. I will no longer be a Wingstop customer and will be sharing this experience with others. Read more
Do yourself a favor & STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! My order was ready to be picked up yet I had to wait 15 minutes extra for my... order. There were about 10 food delivery guys clustered at the side of the register. The cashier was rude. I unsealed my bag tomake sure that my order was complete then I drove home. I drove all the way home just to find out that my order was WRONG! Ipaid for 20 well done, classic lemon pepper wings. I received 20 boneless chicken wings. I called the store & after the 4th try,the cashier answered. She told me they couldn?t prepare my order ahead of time; I would have to come in & speak to the manager.Of course that meant I would have to come in & WAIT. The manager tried it? he said the boneless wings were lemon pepper. I don?tcare if they were solid gold! I ordered & paid for CLASSIC WINGS?with bones! I know somebody had better be throwing in somethingfor free. I wasted gas & time. I should?ve just cooked myself some dinner. Now I?m paying for my horrible decision. The woman before me on line wasnt having any of it, yelling about some problem or another. But my wings were fresh, hot, and... yummy. Service isnt the quickest...they seem to make each individual back of wings to order. Not the worst thing if you likefresh food, but just serve your expectations that this isnt McDonalds who serves your meal in 90 seconds. Price is ok. The fries were super duper salty that I had to throw them away. I love Wingstop but on that day, they were off
