Service is horrible. It was my first time being there at the Fulton Street location on 10.26.22. I decided that I would purchase... food for the family as I was too tired from a long day at work . When I asked the cashier about the taste of the chickensandwich special which was on display by the register , she told me to read the board. Since it was not a logical answer I askedif it was spicy , she repeated same . I then told her that it was my first time there and so I needed her assistance . Sheliterally told me that she was not willing to serve me and that someone from the back would have to do that. I then told herthat it?s best to spend my money elsewhere. The Uber delivery guy said he agreed with my decision. He even shook his head whenthe cashier told me to leave. It was 5:15pm at the time of interaction. I gather that her name is Natasha. My son who was withme kept asking mom why was she so rude to you. I used it as a life lesson for him and spoke about respect, good customer serviceand the reason some people don?t provide quality service. WING STOP my rating is actually a zero. Read more
They take way too long to give customers the food. They need to step up their game either hire more people or work faster.... You'll be waiting in there for a good 30-40 minutes Not worth the time Read more
Literally the slowest service and very unorganized. I put in an order to pick up for 9pm at 12pm and when I get there at 9:20... (because they never have orders ready on time) it still wasn't ready. I paid for my order after they found it at 9:30. I didn'tget my actual order until a little after 10pm. I was being extremely patient due to the wing day promotion but after seeingmultiple people come in after me and leave before me, I ran out of patience and asked them what was going on with my order. Onlyafter, did my order eventually come out. The employee issued a very half hearted apology but I didn't care to hear it in themoment. I just wanted my food and to get out of there. Never again. Heard a lot of great things about Wingstop so it was time for me to try it myself. And it was sooo delicious!!! The Louisiana... VooDoo fries were so great. Will definitely be going back again, I need a refill on the Garlic Parmesan Chicken ???????????!!! Read more
