As someone who has lived in China for years, I can comfortably say that Xi'an famous food is one of the closest places I've been... so far to the way people eat in Beijing. The hand pulled noodles were spicy, flavourful, thick, I simply loved them and the porksandwich (????was delicious, with its crunchy, fragrant bread and fatty chunks of meat. The only thing I didn't like was thelamb ???, it was smothered in spicy sauce that made the bread soggy and chewy. Def going back! Read more
Lamb burger and spicy pork dumplings are always a win. Noodles are delicious as well. Got some of their chili oil at home too!... Always a regular lunch or quick dinner spot. Read more
Truly an incredible culinary experience. Good, fast service - but the food is on another level. I don?t understand how the hand... pulled noodles are that good, and the chilli oil is some of the best I?ve ever had. If you?re in NYC and haven?t tried thisplace you?re blowing it. Read more
Come here often. Love the soup in noodles. It's taste is exquisite. Love the amount of flavor in every bite. I honestly can't... get enough. Just beware if you don't like Spicey i wouldn't recommend it. The spicey noodle soup with roast pork or even withlamb is my absolute favorite. Acceptable taste and lamb but the noodles were not for me. Very uneven in thickness/ width and super long.

Used to be a definite 5 stars for me but as they?ve expanded it seems prices nearly doubled and quality dropped a bit. Still,... the hand pulled noodles are outstanding. I usually get spicy beef but lamb is great as well. Read more
