My first experience at Xi?an Famous Food?s noodles. I?ve seen their food on many YouTube channels over the years and I?ve always... wanted to go. My expectations were high and I wanted to be wowed like the reactions on YouTube. I was not let down. The noodleswere unlike any other that I?ve had. It was smooth and tender. Just one bite engulfs your mouth with so much favor. I orderedthe least spicy as my spice level and I was quite happy with my choice. I?ll definitely be back to try the other selections. Read more
Stopped in here out of curiosity and I enjoyed the food very much. The portion sizes are large enough to share and the spice... levels are good. Restaurant has a clear view of cooking process and it's fascinating to watch the noodles be stretched and theingredients filled. The dumplings have the perfect consistency between firm and chewy, and absorb all of the spices well. Mypersonal recommendation are the spinach dumplings and the spicy beef with the hand-pulled noodles. Read more

Hey guys :)!! I hope all is well with you today! Lets talk about Xi'an Famous Foods! The restaurant was connected to other... stores. When you first go in you see the cute little decor on the left wall, the menu on the right wall, and the food prep crew/ kitchen straight ahead. There was little seating space right beyond the cute decor. There was a built in bench and about 5stools. If you keep going straight to the back there was more seating available. A couple of tables and chairs in booths in theinside / outside area. You will feel the outside weather in this seating area. I ordered and waited about 10 minutes for myfood. I took it to go. When I got home I opened the container and HOLYYYY MOLYYYYY the amazing smells rolled out the container.The lamb meat was so tender and juicy. It was seasoned perfectly!!! The noodles was fresh as well but was not as full of flavorlike the other places. I got the spicy cumin lamb burger and it was really good. I was worried it would be too spicy but the spice level was perfect.... My burger was still warm after 25 minutes. The service was quick and I would come back again. Read more
This place is a go-to spot for lunch. I wish they were open Sundays but other than that it?s perfect. I love the spicy lamb... burger and the spicy lamb dumplings in the chili oil sauce. They?re so good. I want some now and it?s almost 1am. They also havea unique beverage called hawberry tea that I usually get as well. It is a perfect cleanser to the Sichuan spice of the lambdishes. This place suffered quite a bit during the pandemic and they nearly closed the chain. Thank god they didn?t!! I wouldhave cried. It?s affordable and delicious. The staff is only two people I?ve noticed, to cut down on overhead I presume, so bepatient and nice to them as they take your order and cook your food! The noodles were amazing. The staff were ok but the pictures didn't fully prepare me for the mess the noodles made. It was truly... delicious and I would recommend to dine in and eat the noodles as spicy as you can take it. Read more
