Food: 5/5 Aesthetic: 5/5 Service: 5/5 The food and dessert were delicious and beautiful. The staff came once in a while to ask... us if we needed to add anything, and gave us more utensils and napkins when needed, really busy place but still good service.Really recommend this place to have some hot pot and chill with friends, even though there is a time limit of 2hrs, it was morethan enough time to eat. This place was awesome - the food, the ambience and everything! We had the AYCE option with a 3 soup bases - spicy beef, tomato... and pork. The food is very fresh. But the quantity is a lot so be careful when ordering. We had the simple AYCE buffet optionand that too had so many options. There was a huge station where you could make your own dipping sauce. They have a stationwith sweet bread and condensed milk with was amazing. They also had unlimited drinks which seems very unique. They also had icecream complimentary at the end. The staff are polite and helpful. The are also very quick and get the dishes out very quickly. They are also attentive and keep filling the hot pot. The decor of this restaurant is amazing too. It was my friends birthdayand they brought her an ice cream cake in the shape of a teddy bear and sang happy birthday. They also gifted her a fan whichwas very kind of the staff! Read more

Their seafood buffet was in good quality! The fresh river shrimps they serve are really tasty! And the service are very friendly... but just the speed of serving food is a little bit slow. The decorations is great. Besides, probably after six pm there aresingers singing songs. Read more

All you can eat hot pot price: around $85 for two people, worth it! Got the mala spicy beef broth + mushroom broth (around $20)... and the basic hot pot package ($29/pp). You get access to a bunch of different vegetables and limited seafood (shrimp, squid, fish), all prepared in small bowls in a refrigerated area. It’s different than other AYCE hot pot places because you have toget your own food to cook, vs a waiter bringing you food. Loved the environment/vibe, service is great, but just prepare to hearthe “birthday song” about 4x in one hour (seems like every brooklyn hot pot spot does this). Would definitely come backagain. It’s huge and they do take walk-ins (you might need to wait a little though). Yes there’s wifi. Read more

Great hotpot experience. It's all you can eat but at a higher quality than other spots. They have a good drinks selection that... is also unlimited. they also have unlimited appetizers that were actually pretty good. The fried mantou was very good. Also havea cotton candy section too if that's your jam. We got the seafood buffet option which costs more but has more quality seafoodoptions including salmon sashimi which was decent quality. The beef was pretty good but not as good as other premium hotpotspots. Read more

My experience at Xiang's Hotpot was extremely unique. The staff was friendly, and even though my party did not speak Chinese,... they still welcomed us and treated us very kindly. The ambiance was a 5/5. Once you walk in, you are greeted with a beautifulmini-Chinese temple with koi fish swimming around. Then they seated us and gave us aprons and a bag to put our jackets in. ThisAYCE hotpot experience is unique in the sense that you have to grab your own food at this mini food-bar, and the only things youcan explicitly order are beef/lamb (if you're getting the least expensive Hotpot Buffet, which is $23.99 lunch/$28.99 dinner). If you want the AYCE seafood buffet, which includes shrimp, sea mussels, crabs, red clams, salmon, cuttlefish, clams, seasnails, wagyu, tender beef, beef tongue, duck tongue, boneless duck feet, oyster, bullfrog, scallops, etc, that is $40 lunch and$46 dinner). You can also walk up to make your own sauces and to grab Fried Mantou (Chinese Sweet Bread), Sweet Potato fries, and Youtiao (Chinese Doughnut). However, the sauce station and mini dessert station closed over an hour before closing, whichwas unideal, since my party was still there at 9:45pm and we wanted to try the Fried Mantou with condensed milk. But, theyoffered my party ice cream at the end (you can choose from Vanilla/Chocolate/Mango/Strawberry). Most of the canned drinks arefree, which I thought was also extremely unique, so I grabbed myself a can of Sprite and Ice Tea. Honestly, my main gripe withthis place is that the selection for the Regular Hotpot is extremely limited compared to what you can get from Laojie or 99Favor Taste, for a more justifiable price. Also, the beef was coming out very slowly, and the beef was cut very thinly. Overall,a decent place for the experience, I would definitely come back to try their Seafood Hotpot. Also, the chopsticks were huge! Read more

Food 5/5 Service 5/5 value 4/5 interior decoration 5/5 My number one hot pot place in Brooklyn. Came here many times with my... friends. The soup base is the specialty here, their soup is more flavorful than any other hotpot restaurant. That's probably whythey charge for the soup base. They have a good variety of soup bases, spicy and tomato are what I order every time. What isdifferent from other AYCE hotpot restaurants is they put the food in the refrigerator, It makes food visible so we can choosewhatever food we like. For seafood, you need to order with the waiter, and then they will take it out for you from thekitchen. Other than that, the service was good, they refilled our soup and water multiple times. After we finished, they askedus if we want free ice creams. They have many flavors and I got an orange one because it is a quite unusual flavor. Tip: besure to make reservations, especially on weekends, otherwise you will have to wait a long time. It was definitely busy most timeI went. Every time I don't have a reservation, they put my number on a waiting list. This is certainly not what a hungry personwants to do - to wait! Read more

Smells so nice passing by could not resist. I think it’s the bear shaped butter., beautiful broth. We got Yuan Yang Broth, has... two sides. Busy night for them, had a waiting QR code, live updates pretty cool. Takes a variety of cards(visa discoveretc) Most of the food you get from the bar section which has the sauce station as well. Free fried food for you too. You chooseeither seafood hotpot or regular hotpot, bout a 20-25$ difference. Special seafood you let the server get it for u. Free sodasat the bar too. Cute interior. Free ice cream at the end of the meal. Read more
