Very disappointed with the service tonight. First, we waited more than 5 minutes to be greeted. Then we (party of 5) decided to... sit at the bar. The bar tender turned us away and said he can only take care of 4 customers at a time. So we were then seated ata table and no server came to the table..not even for drinks. After sitting for nearly 30 minutes and no service we asked forthe manager to state our disappointment. She did apologize but we decided to leave as clearly our business was not wanted. The Bar tender was so polite. We sat at the bar, not to drink, but to avoid wait times due to short staffing. She treated us... with the same courtesy as those who were ordering doubles! Food was cool, but with some help, it could have been better. Read more
0 stars for this place. I came in and there was like 4 waiters they all looked at us and disappeared they were talking to each... other as if taking turns who was gonna seat us. When one of them I guess got tired of me staring at her for 5 minutes she sat usdown. A family of 4 came after us, we?re sat down and the same women that sat us immediately took their order. I asked to speakwith the manager which took like 4 minutes to come to me and I told him my experience he offered for us to be seated and I saidno. 20 minutes wasted. Our waitress must have been new. We ordered water and mountain dew. She brought Pepsi. We had loaded nachos as an appetizer.... And we ordered the 2 for $29 combo and both got salads. The appetizer and salads came out at the same time.. no problem, but 2minutes later the entrees came out as well. Best part of going here was the trivia game on the tables. Read more
When I tell you this was beyond the best first experience ever. Mr. Ron was beyond amazing on the phone with me and his customer... service is impeccable ????. I had the biggest smile on my face and I wish I coulda gave him more of a tip. He greeted me with asmile and made sure I had everything in my bag. Had a suitable dinner with my family at ????????????????????????????????'????. On a Friday evening we walked in and were seated... immediately. We ordered a couple appetizers like mozzarella sticks & boneless wings and grilled chicken wanton tacos ????(myfavorite!) the kids enjoyed their chicken corn dog, tenders and cheese burger ????. I love love Applebees but anytime I order online it's always something wrong. just because I'm getting an additional side of... green beans doesn't mean I don't want my mashed potatoes that already come with the meal ....it's always they replace one withthe other ...no I'm paying for two so deliver both.
