Here at noon on a Sunday, expected food to be hot and fresh which is my typical experience at Boston Market at other locations.... Ordered a nugget meal, wasn?t given my nuggets. No silverware or napkins available for eating inside. Had to go next door to thesmoothie shop to get silverware. Nuggets were salty and I definitely didn?t get an entire order of 8 of them. I have to say I?m here right now and it?s a sight to be seen. Manager is walking around and yelling at employees in front of... everyone. You can tell they have nothing together and all the orders are backed up. It?s a sad site to see and all the Uber doordash and grub orders are just waiting forever. I immediately regretting ordering when I did but my daughter really wanted it. Ialso sure the manager young daughter is also working so they are very short. Read more

The food does taste good - my favorite is dark meat chicken with Mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, and their delicious cornbread. ... Covid has hit them pretty hard. They often run out of things (both sides and types of chicken) hours before closing. Despiteordering online ahead of time, my order has not been ready the past few times I've gone to pick it up - maybe they want toensure it's hot, but I'd rather not have to wait 5 - 20 minutes for it. Uber eats, GrubHub, etc orders are always ready andwaiting, but people who ordered on their own site seem to have to wait. People ordering at the restaurant seem to have priorityover those who ordered ahead - what's the point of ordering ahead, then? Read more

Stopping in for a quick lunch? How can you go wrong with these sides right!?!? I recommend that rotisserie chicken meal, they... also have meatloaf, turkey & ribs but always worth going back and trying them all! I love their sweet potatoes, stuffing or macn cheese are amazing! I?m highly disappointed by this place. Not only did they give me the wrong order, but the food quality was horrible. I ordered a... 1/2 rotisserie chicken and they sent me a chicken sandwich instead. The sandwich was so dry that I couldn?t finish it. I alsoordered cilantro lime rice and mac and cheese for sides. The rice was bland and the mac and cheese was watery. I ordered a sideof chicken soup, salad, and brownies. The chicken soup has NO flavor. I only gave this place 2 stars because the salad andbrownies were decent. I would never order from here again!
